To launch this new e-commerce platform for gig workers, we followed a human-centered process. When research and technical specs came together, we built a brand identity that resonated with the target audience.
A new insurance brand faces extraordinary challenges to be relevant and trusted. Fast, all-digital, transactions are expected and disrupting the traditional agent-based model. To completely replace human intervention, the backend of this new shopping experience is complex and those complexities are invisible to users.
Lead generation, during the multi-year development cycle, made MVP launch more affordable. Users moved from awareness to conversion with email and SMS campaigns. We created bespoke attribution solutions to measure success for our experiments.
